Hi, I’m Kassandra Malik, a registered therapist, certified wellness coach, and narcissistic abuse treatment clinician. I work with individuals who feel like they've lost themselves in a relationship and are trying to find their way back after experiencing heartbreak.
Many of the clients I support are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring — yet after a breakup, separation, or emotionally unhealthy relationship, they feel disconnected from who they are and unsure how to trust themselves again.
My work focuses on helping you rebuild your sense of identity, self-worth, and self-trust in a way that feels steady, respectful, and realistic. I draw from trauma-informed therapy, attachment work, and nervous-system-aware approaches, always moving at a pace that supports safety and clarity rather than overwhelm.
I believe therapy-informed coaching isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you come home to yourself.
This work is personal for me. I know what it’s like to rebuild after heartbreak, and that lived experience, alongside my clinical training, shapes how I show up with warmth, honesty, and compassion.
If you’re feeling ready to reconnect with yourself and take the next step forward, I’d be honored to support you.

Coaching is a collaborative process between the client and the coach. Each session is unique to the individual and their specific goals. While there is no set-in-stone structure, it is standard for the coach to discuss the primary issues and concerns in your life.
It is recommended that when coaching is first started that the client schedule regular weekly sessions with each session, lasting approximately 50 minutes. Coaching can be short term, focusing on a specific issue, or longer term, addressing more complex issues or ongoing personal growth.
Coaches do not work from a medical model of diagnosing patients’ mental health disorders and/or prescribing treatment. Instead, we value a trauma-informed, wellness and relational model approach and collaboration with clients to help them learn and develop skills that will support them in reaching their stated goals.
• Therapy helps you heal from the past. It focuses on processing pain, trauma, and mental health challenges. A therapist is licensed, can diagnose, and uses evidence-based treatments to support emotional recovery.
• Coaching helps you move forward. It focuses on goals, confidence, and creating change in the present and future. A coach doesn’t diagnose or treat mental illness — instead, they provide guidance, accountability, and tools to help you grow.
Instead of frequent sessions, clients meet with a coach once per month and receive ongoing support through the Healing Me After We Community, which includes live teachings and on-demand resources to support steady progress between sessions.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or notice the same relationship patterns repeating, coaching can give you the tools, support, and perspective to heal and move forward with confidence.
No. Healing Me After We is a membership-based coaching model, not a fixed program or package.
Rather than committing to a set number of sessions over a defined timeline, clients join the Healing Me After We membership, which includes ongoing access to coaching support, live teachings, and on-demand resources designed to support steady, real-life integration.
Coaching sessions are scheduled once per month, and there is no minimum or maximum length of time you’re required to stay. Healing and growth don’t follow a linear timeline, so your pace and needs guide the process.
We encourage open communication with your coach at every stage. You’re always welcome to:
increase or decrease the time between sessions
take a break from coaching
or end your membership when it feels right for you
This approach supports autonomy, flexibility, and sustainable change — without pressure to “finish” healing on a schedule.
Current membership investment: $99/month.
Currently, we do not accept insurance. We encourage people to check with their insurance provider(s) to determine if coaching is a service that is covered in their plan. In the case that coaching is a covered service, we can provide you with a detailed invoice or super bill which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note: in the case that your insurance company will cover coaching services, you will still be required to pay for your services up front and you will work directly with your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Additionally, there are some places of employment that offer health savings accounts (HSA) or flex spending accounts (FSA) to pay for various physical and mental health related services. To this end, if an individual, couple or family has a HSA or Flex plan, it is possible, depending on the terms of this plan, to use these monies to pay for coaching. Again, make sure to check with your HSA or FSA provider to ensure that coaching sessions qualify for reimbursement. Should they qualify, an invoice can be requested at the end of each coaching session.
Since coaching is a newer field in the mental health and wellness world, there are no specific guidelines and requirements around confidentiality. However, the coaches at the Healing Me After We value and emulate the parameters of confidentiality set forth by therapeutic licensing boards and will abide by confidentiality mandates in their work as coaches. To this end, confidentiality of all communications between a coach and the client are protected. No information is disclosed without prior written permission from the client. However, there are some exceptions required by law to this rule.
Exceptions include:
1. Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse. The coach will report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
2. If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person. The coach is required to notify the police.
3. If a client intends to harm himself or herself. The coach will make every effort to work with the individual to ensure their safety. However, if an individual does not cooperate, additional measures may need to be taken.
No, you just need to be willing! Even if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure, coaching gives you a safe space to start where you are and take small, steady steps toward change.
